Mutual Funds Investing in America’s Future - The Investment Company Institute, the national association of American mutual funds, maintains this website to enhance public understanding of mutual funds and other investment companies and the legislative, regulatory, and economic policy issues that affect  funds and their shareholders.

The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) was established as an agency of the U.S. government in 1971. OPIC helps U.S. businesses invest overseas, fosters economic development in new and emerging markets, complements the private sector in managing risks associated with foreign direct investment, and supports U.S. foreign policy. Because OPIC charges market-based fees for its products, it operates on a self-sustaining basis at no net cost to taxpayers.

The Social Investment Forum: Promoting socially responsible investing, community investing and shareholder advocacy - SIF online covers socially responsible investment, and green, environmental, ecological, ethical investing, by institutions, banks, organizations, financial advisors and professionals. Areas include: mutual funds, financial planning, retirement, tax free, money management, community development, high impact investment, targeted investing, corporate responsibility, shareholder resolutions, shareholder activism, sustainable consumption, stocks, bonds, equities, boycotts. Social screens include: tobacco, alcohol, gambling, military, pollution and toxic free; conservation, fair trade, health, employment, labor, animal and human rights.
